Chief Operations and Technology Officer in private practice multispecialty medical groups. Jeremy has led software development and implementation programs in private practice healthcare clinics for over 18 years. His broad understanding of physician expectations and patient service requirements has allowed him to lead development of successful software and content platforms across multiple healthcare segments.
Robert Gousse MD
After completing two Bachelor of Science degrees Dr. Gousse went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine and a general surgery internship Dr. Gousse completed his family medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital followed by a sports medicine fellowship at the Campbell Clinic. Dr. Gousse operates a thriving private practice and is focused on providing quality, concierge type care within the standard fee for service model.
Jared Mosley DDS
Dr. Mosley maintains a thriving dental practice in Fresno California, he earned a degree in Psychology at San Diego State University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University. In support of his commitment to the community Dr. Mosley servs as a board member for The Academy for Sports Dentistry, River Park Little League and Foundation of the Fresno County Public Library.
Joe Clark
Joe serves over 50 providers and 200 employees in his role as Chief Executive Officer at Sierra Pacific Orthopedics. Joe has been with Sierra Pacific Orthopedics since 2001, the year of the groups formation. Joe's passion for healthcare and specifically, meeting the ever increasing needs of patient satisfaction and customer service drives him to consistently drive process improvement and innovation.
Gopi Kasturi MD
Dr. Kasturi completed his medical degree at Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India and his residency in PMR at William Beaumont Hospital. In addition to pain management and PMR he has additional interest in alternative treatment modalities such as photobiomodulation. Dr. Kasturi has been a strong advocate for improved patient engagement solutions in the procedure scheduling process for many years.
Wes Qualls
Wes currently serves as the CFO for Sante Health System and Sante Health Foundation. In this C-Suite role Wes is responsible for the finance and operational aspects of over 500 providers across over 40 clinic locations and a health system serving over 1,000,000 patient visits. Wes earned his MBA in Business Information Technology and has spent the last 30 years applying technology solutions to solve healthcare as well as manufacturing challenges.
Chris Glezos MD
Dr. Glezos completed his BS in Biological Sciences at Westminster College in Salt Lake City and earned his medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He continued his training with a residency in Orthopedic Surgery and a fellowship in adult reconstruction. When appropriate Dr. Glezos employs advanced techniques such as Robotic-Arm Total Knee Replacement in the OR.

Jeremy is the Founder, President and CEO of Nav Central, a leading 24/7 Comprehensive Clinical Command Center that performs telephonic triage, interventional care, scheduling, and population health management across 13 states. His organization manages over 145,000 calls monthly and over 2 million patients annually. Jeremy has a degree in Paramedicine Technology and has spent his career focused on finding non-traditional approaches to improve the quality of care while decreasing cost.
Connor Telles MD
Dr. Telles completed his BS in Engineering at Dartmouth College and went on to earn his Medical Degree from Yale University with a Internship in General Surgery. He completed a Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellowship at Stanford University St. Mary's Spine Center. Dr. Telles is currently in private practice and is the son of Dr. John Telles a practicing Cardiologist.
Taylor R. Ealand
Taylor earned his Undergraduate degree in Biology and Computer Science from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and his Juris Doctor from The Gonzaga University School of Law. Taylor is a California admitted Attorney at Law currently at a private firm practicing Medical Malpractice Defense and has a strong interest in Consumer and Individual Internet Privacy Law.
